The Director of Ministries is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of all church ministries related to the Sunday morning gathering. He is also responsible for leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church’s mission.
Ministry Office Manager
Pamela Henry
(First Lady)
The Ministry Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.
The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, key-record keeping and coordination among departments.
Deacon/Youth Minister
Bruce Henry III
A deacon is an ordained minister of the Ministry.
There are three presbyters and deacons.
Deacons are ordained as a sacramental sign to the Church and to the world of Christ, who came "to serve and not to be served." is to be a servant in a servant-Ministry.
Woman's/Outreach Ministries
Dina Henry
Women’s Ministry Director/Leader
Meets regularly with Minister overseeing the Women’s Ministry. ​
Leads Women’s Ministry Leadership Team meetings, preparing an agenda that encourages the contribution of every Team member. Contacts Women’s Ministry Team members as needed, Prays regularly for her position, Women’s Ministry Team, and the women of the church and community.
Other duties as needed.
The Outreach Ministry will lead out in the Ministry assessment process, gather survey results, and look at ways to strengthen the Ministries overall evangelistic readiness, ministry effectiveness, and visitor receptiveness.
